EIDDI Dispatch is a service brand operated by EIDDI Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (EIN: 30-1489816). EIDDI Dispatch is not a separate legal entity โ all contracts, service agreements, and financial transactions are conducted under EIDDI Solutions LLC.
We are a freight dispatch consultancy. We are not a Motor Carrier, Freight Broker, or licensed transportation intermediary. All freight contracts are executed directly between the carrier and the respective broker or shipper under the carrier's own MC Authority.
EIDDI provides two core services:
- Freight Dispatch Consulting โ Load sourcing, rate negotiation, Rate Confirmations, check-calls, and back-office dispatch support for owner-operators, CDL drivers, and fleet owners operating under their own MC Authority
- Trailer Fleet Rental โ Equipment leasing for licensed motor carriers needing Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed trailers without long-term capital commitment
EIDDI Solutions LLC is registered in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA (7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702). We serve carriers, fleet owners, brokers, and shippers operating across the continental United States. Our dispatch team operates 24/7 to cover all US time zones.
No. EIDDI Solutions LLC is a professional freight dispatch consultancy. We are not a Motor Carrier as defined under 49 U.S.C. ยง 13102(14), and we are not a licensed Freight Broker. We do not hold or transfer freight on our own authority.
All freight contracts, Rate Confirmations, and load agreements are executed directly between the carrier and the broker or shipper โ under the carrier's own MC Authority. EIDDI's role is to source, negotiate, and coordinate on behalf of the carrier as a consulting service.

To begin dispatch services with EIDDI you need the following documents:
- Active MC Authority โ your Motor Carrier Authority number issued by the FMCSA
- USDOT Number โ your US Department of Transportation identification number
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) โ confirming minimum liability coverage ($750,000 for general freight)
- IRS Form W9 โ confirming your legal business name and Tax ID for billing
- BOC-3 Filing โ process agent designation filed with the FMCSA
Once we receive and verify these documents, your dispatch profile is activated and we can begin sourcing loads immediately. The onboarding process typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
We dispatch all major equipment types operating in the US freight market:
- Dry Van (standard and temperature-controlled) — see our dedicated dry van dispatch page
- Reefer (refrigerated) — see our dedicated reefer dispatch page
- Flatbed — see our dedicated flatbed dispatch page
- Step Deck — see our dedicated step deck dispatch page
- Power Only — see our dedicated power only dispatch page
- Box Truck — see our dedicated box truck dispatch page
- Hotshot — see our dedicated hotshot dispatch page
If you operate a specialized equipment type not listed above, contact us and we will assess whether we can accommodate your freight profile.
No โ and any dispatcher who guarantees that is not being honest with you. Load availability is determined by the freight market, which fluctuates based on season, fuel prices, economic conditions, and the specific lanes you run. We cannot control how many loads are available in the market at any given time.
What we do guarantee is the quality of our effort โ we begin active load searches within 2 hours of you confirming availability, we present qualifying load offers within 24 hours in normal market conditions, and we negotiate hard for the best available rates on your preferred lanes. Our Service Level Agreement documents these commitments in writing.
Yes โ always. We present load offers and you make the decision. We never book a load on your behalf without your explicit acceptance of the rate, pickup time, delivery location, and lane. If a load does not work for your schedule, your HOS availability, or your preferred lanes, you decline it and we continue searching. There is no penalty for declining a load offer.
Freight contracts are legally between you (the carrier) and the broker โ EIDDI is not a party to that contract. However we actively assist carriers in pursuing payment when disputes arise. We maintain records of the Rate Confirmation, delivery documentation, and all broker communications related to the load.
We also screen brokers before booking. We review payment history through available industry resources and do not knowingly book loads with brokers who have documented non-payment histories. If a broker causes a payment issue after a load is delivered, we document the incident and factor it into future booking decisions for that broker.
We always recommend carriers explore quick-pay options โ we actively look for these when available on every load.
Yes. When a carrier reports detention at pickup or delivery, we contact the broker within 1 hour to document the detention, notify them formally, and negotiate detention compensation on the carrier's behalf. We keep records of all detention claims and follow up until the matter is resolved.
Detention pay is not guaranteed โ it depends on what the Rate Confirmation specifies and how responsive the broker is. But we pursue it consistently on every load where detention occurs.
Yes. EIDDI provides MC Authority setup consulting for CDL drivers making the transition to independent operation. We guide you through the full FMCSA registration process including:
- USDOT Number application through the Unified Registration System (URS)
- MC Authority application (OP-1 series forms) โ $300 government fee paid directly by you to FMCSA
- BOC-3 process agent filing
- Insurance filing coordination with your insurer
- UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) guidance
- W9 preparation for billing purposes
Once your authority is active and insurance is filed, we can begin dispatching loads for you immediately. Our goal is to have your first load booked as soon as your MC Authority activates. See our full MC Authority setup walkthrough for the complete process.
The FMCSA typically takes 20 to 25 business days to process an MC Authority application after it is submitted and the $300 application fee is paid. After the authority is granted, there is an additional waiting period of approximately 10 days before the authority becomes active for hauling.
During this waiting period we can complete your broker setup packets and prepare your dispatch profile so you are ready to haul the moment your authority activates.
Federal regulations under 49 CFR Part 387 require minimum insurance coverage before your MC Authority becomes active. For general freight (non-hazmat) the minimum is $750,000 in primary liability coverage. Your insurance provider must file proof of this coverage directly with the FMCSA โ your authority will not activate without this filing.
Most brokers also require cargo insurance (typically $100,000) before they will book loads with you. We will advise you on the specific insurance requirements of the brokers we work with on your preferred lanes.
If you are currently leased onto another carrier and operating under their MC Authority, our dispatch services apply only once you have your own active MC Authority. We cannot dispatch loads under another carrier's authority on your behalf.
If you are planning to leave a lease arrangement and go fully independent, we can begin the MC Authority setup consulting process before you leave โ so your authority is ready to activate as soon as you make the transition.
Yes. We dispatch multi-unit fleets under a single MC Authority. Each truck in your fleet is managed as a separate operational unit โ with its own driver preferences, equipment type, available hours, and preferred lanes factored into every load sourcing decision.
Fleet owners receive a consolidated weekly invoice that breaks down dispatched loads, gross revenue, and dispatch fees on a per-unit basis โ so you have a clear picture of each truck's performance every billing cycle.
Fee structures for fleet clients are negotiated individually at onboarding. Depending on fleet size, equipment types, and lanes, we may offer a percentage-based fee per load or a flat weekly rate per unit. Fleet owners with multiple trucks typically discuss custom arrangements that reflect the volume and consistency of the dispatch relationship.
Contact us at dispatch@eiddidispatch.com to discuss fleet-specific pricing.
We handle mixed fleets. Each unit in your fleet is profiled individually by equipment type, preferred lanes, and driver availability. A fleet with Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed units is managed with each equipment type dispatched to appropriate loads. You do not need a homogeneous fleet to work with EIDDI.
Yes. When a driver in your fleet becomes unavailable โ due to illness, HOS limits, or any other reason โ notify us immediately. We will pause load sourcing for that unit and, if a load is already in transit, handle all broker communication regarding the situation. We can also assist in sourcing replacement capacity options through our broker network if needed.
We currently offer the following trailer types for lease:
- 53-foot Dry Van โ standard enclosed trailer for general freight
- Reefer (Refrigerated) โ temperature-controlled trailer for perishable freight
- Flatbed โ open trailer for oversized, heavy, or construction freight
Availability varies. See full details on our Trailer Fleet Rental page, or submit a rental inquiry at rental page and our team will confirm current availability.
To qualify for trailer rental you must provide:
- Active MC Authority โ valid and in good standing with the FMCSA
- Current Certificate of Insurance โ including trailer interchange or non-owned trailer coverage at minimum
- Signed Lease Agreement โ a separate rental agreement governing the terms, duration, and conditions of the lease
No trailer is released without verification of active authority and current insurance. This protects both parties in the event of an incident during the lease period.
No. The rental inquiry form on our website is for information requests only. No payment is collected online. After your inquiry is received, our team contacts you to discuss availability, lease terms, pricing, and required documentation. Payment and lease terms are finalized offline through the signed lease agreement.
Yes. Many of our dispatch clients also use our trailer rental service to expand their capacity. If you are already a dispatch client, we can coordinate rental equipment alongside your existing dispatch relationship. Contact dispatch@eiddidispatch.com to discuss a combined arrangement.
Dispatch service fees are structured in one of two ways โ agreed upon at onboarding:
- Percentage of gross load revenue โ a percentage of the gross amount on the Rate Confirmation per dispatched load
- Flat weekly rate โ a fixed weekly fee regardless of number of loads dispatched
The specific percentage or flat rate is confirmed in your Dispatch Service Agreement before services begin โ see our billing overview for how this works. All fees are invoiced weekly in United States Dollars (USD) every Monday for the prior week's loads.
No load dispatched means no fee charged. If a week passes without any loads being successfully booked and confirmed โ for any reason including slow freight markets, carrier unavailability, or load rejections โ you will not receive an invoice for that week. This applies to both the percentage and flat rate models for weeks with zero dispatched loads.
Every weekly invoice includes a complete itemized breakdown showing:
- Each load dispatched during the billing period
- Pickup and delivery locations for each load
- Gross load revenue per load (from the Rate Confirmation)
- Dispatch fee applied per load
- Total fees for the billing period
You can verify every line item against the Rate Confirmations you signed during the week. If any item is unclear, contact billing@eiddidispatch.com within 14 days of the invoice date.
Dispatch fees for loads that have been successfully booked and confirmed via a signed Rate Confirmation are generally non-refundable โ the service has been fully rendered at that point. Refunds or billing credits are reviewed in cases of:
- Duplicate charges or technical billing errors
- Service not rendered due to a fault attributable to EIDDI Solutions LLC
For the full refund policy including cancellation terms and dispute resolution, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Either party may terminate the dispatch service agreement with 7 calendar days written notice sent to dispatch@eiddidispatch.com. Any loads already confirmed and in progress at the time of your cancellation notice will be completed and billed accordingly. All outstanding invoices must be settled before cancellation is finalized.
EIDDI reserves the right to terminate service immediately without notice in cases of non-payment exceeding 30 days, fraudulent activity, or material breach of the service agreement.
