The process begins with a rigorous compliance check. We collect and verify your MC Authority, W9, and Certificate of Insurance. This ensures that every carrier under the EIDDI umbrella meets the safety and insurance requirements expected by Tier-1 freight brokers.

Service Process & Billing Overview
WHO IS THE CLIENT? EIDDI Dispatch provides its services directly to independent owner-operators and licensed motor carriers. These carriers pay EIDDI a service fee for dispatch consulting. Shippers and freight brokers are third parties and are not billed by EIDDI.
Our dispatch consultants analyze real-time market spot rates and freight density maps. We negotiate directly with brokers to secure high-paying loads that align with your equipment type and preferred driving lanes, ensuring maximum revenue per mile.
Upon rate acceptance, we manage all administrative paperwork, including Rate Confirmations and setup packets. We provide 24/7 check-calls and monitoring, acting as a single point of contact between you and the broker until the load is successfully delivered.
We maintain absolute financial transparency. Dispatch service fees are invoiced weekly in USD directly to the carrier. Fees are structured as a percentage of gross load revenue or a negotiated flat weekly rate agreed upon during onboarding. Itemized statements are provided with every invoice to simplify your fleet's accounting.
