Service Fee Policy
EIDDI Dispatch provides professional freight dispatch consulting. Fees for loads booked via a signed Rate Confirmation are earned upon confirmation and are generally non-refundable.
Policy Note: Dispatching involves real-time administrative labor and industry expertise that cannot be retracted once a load is secured.

Billing Discrepancy Resolution
Carriers are responsible for reviewing all invoices. Any discrepancies or errors must be reported to our billing department within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
Invoices not disputed within this 14-day window are considered final and accurate.

Service Cancellation Notice
You may terminate your service agreement by providing 7 days' written notice via email.
Important: Cancellation does not waive fees for loads already booked or in-progress at the time of notice. All outstanding balances must be cleared.

Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds are only issued for duplicate charges, technical payment errors, or cases where service was not rendered due to a fault by EIDDI Solutions LLC.
Non-Refundable Events: Equipment failure, carrier-side load rejection after confirmation, or external weather delays.

Refund Processing Timeframe
Once an eligibility review is completed and a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
Client agrees to contact EIDDI Solutions LLC directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a formal chargeback with a financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate service suspension and legal collection efforts.
