Responsible Dispatch Practices

The trucking industry accounts for a significant portion of US freight-related emissions. While EIDDI does not operate trucks or control routes directly, our dispatch decisions influence carrier efficiency. We take this responsibility seriously.

Deadhead Mile Awareness

Deadhead miles — driving without a loaded trailer — contribute directly to wasted fuel and unnecessary emissions. Our dispatch consultants actively seek backhaul loads and return freight to minimize the number of empty miles our carrier clients run between loads.

Efficient Lane Matching

By matching carriers to loads that align with their preferred lanes and home base, we reduce unnecessary out-of-route driving. A carrier who runs efficient, well-matched lanes burns less fuel, reduces wear on their equipment, and maintains a more sustainable operation.

Supporting Newer Equipment

Newer trucks meet stricter EPA emission standards. When onboarding carriers, we note equipment age and encourage carriers operating older pre-emission-standard trucks to explore upgrade pathways as their business grows — newer equipment benefits both the driver and the environment.

🔋
Paperless Operations: EIDDI conducts all onboarding, rate confirmations, invoicing, and carrier communication digitally. We do not use paper-based processes in our back-office operations.
📍
Load Consolidation Awareness: Where possible, we advise carriers on load consolidation opportunities — full truckload (FTL) loads are significantly more fuel-efficient per unit of freight than partial or LTL movements.
🛣️
Reducing Unnecessary Repositioning: We plan dispatch sequences that reduce the need for carriers to reposition their trucks long distances between loads, keeping fuel consumption and emissions as low as practical.
Our Position: EIDDI Solutions LLC does not make specific emissions reduction pledges or carbon offset claims that we cannot substantiate. Instead we commit to integrating environmental awareness into our daily dispatch decisions in ways that are practical, honest, and directly within our operational control.

Supporting Owner-Operators & the Trucking Community

Independent owner-operators are the backbone of the US freight economy. They carry the financial risk, the physical demands, and the regulatory burden of running their own trucking business. EIDDI exists to make that burden lighter.

Fair & Transparent Billing

We operate on a straightforward fee model — a percentage of the carrier's gross load revenue, or an agreed flat rate. Carriers see the actual Rate Confirmation from the broker. We do not take hidden margins from the broker side. What the carrier earns is clear and verifiable on every load.

Supporting New Carriers

Many owner-operators are new to the industry and unfamiliar with broker negotiations, rate confirmation language, or compliance requirements. EIDDI provides guidance on industry standards, helps new carriers understand their rights, and assists with MC Authority setup for those just starting out.

Driver Wellbeing in Dispatch

We do not pressure carriers to accept loads that would require Hours of Service violations or unsafe driving practices. We respect driver home time requests and consider preferred lanes and driving schedules when sourcing loads. A rested, satisfied driver is a safer driver.

Protecting Carriers from Bad Brokers

Broker non-payment is one of the most serious financial risks facing owner-operators. We screen brokers before booking and advise carriers on brokers with concerning payment histories. We also assist carriers in understanding their rights when payment disputes arise.

Equal Access to Dispatch Services

EIDDI serves owner-operators regardless of their background, race, national origin, or experience level. We assess carriers on the basis of their MC Authority, insurance, safety record, and equipment — nothing else. Our services are available to any qualified carrier operating legally in the United States.

24/7 Human Support

Trucking does not stop at 5 PM. Our dispatch team operates around the clock to ensure carriers have a real person available when issues arise — whether it is a broker dispute, a load problem, or an urgent check-call during late-night delivery. Human support, always available.

Our Commitment: EIDDI Solutions LLC is committed to treating every owner-operator we work with as a professional partner — not a number in a system. We succeed only when our carriers succeed. This is not a marketing statement — it is the direct financial structure of our business model.

Transparent, Accountable Business Operations

Sound governance is the foundation of a trustworthy business. EIDDI Solutions LLC is committed to operating with full legal compliance, financial transparency, and clear accountability in every aspect of our service delivery.

US Legal Entity

EIDDI Solutions LLC is a limited liability company duly incorporated in the State of Florida, United States (EIN: 30-1489816). All financial transactions, contractual obligations, and service agreements are conducted under this registered US entity — not under any trade name or unregistered brand.

Clear Service Classification

We are a freight dispatch consultancy. We are not a Motor Carrier, Freight Broker, or licensed transportation intermediary. We maintain this classification clearly across all our legal documents, service agreements, and public communications to avoid any regulatory ambiguity.

Financial Transparency

Every carrier receives a detailed weekly invoice showing the loads dispatched, gross revenue per load, and the dispatch fee applied. There are no hidden charges, no undisclosed broker-side commissions, and no fee structures that are unclear to the carrier at the time of service agreement.

Data Protection

Carrier business information, MC Authority details, insurance certificates, and financial data are held in confidence and used solely for the purpose of providing dispatch services. We do not sell, rent, or share carrier data with third parties beyond what is operationally necessary to book and confirm freight loads.

Legal Document Accessibility

All governing policies — Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer — are published publicly on our website and maintained as living documents. Carriers and clients can access, review, and reference these documents at any time without restriction.

Dispute Resolution Standards

We maintain a clear dispute resolution process. All billing disputes are reviewed within 2 business days. Carriers are encouraged to contact EIDDI directly before initiating any chargeback or third-party dispute. Our governing law is the State of Florida and we operate under the jurisdiction of its courts.

📋
Signed Service Agreements: Every carrier relationship begins with a signed Dispatch Service Agreement that clearly outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties before any load is dispatched.
🔒
No Unauthorized Sub-contracting: EIDDI does not sub-contract carrier loads to other dispatch companies without the carrier's knowledge and consent. Carriers know exactly who is managing their freight.
📩
Policy Update Notifications: Material changes to our Terms of Service or policies are communicated to active carriers via email at least 14 calendar days before taking effect. Carriers are never surprised by retroactive policy changes.
⚖️
Florida Governing Law: All service agreements and legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States — a stable, transparent, and well-established legal jurisdiction.
